Sometimes, when I get stressed or at the end of my emotional spectrum, (Unfortunately, I don't have a power ring like the Lantern Corps!) I just want to just lay back and connect with my inner self. The best way to do that is to meditate. These are the thoughts that are flow through my mind as my inner voice begins to chant Namu Myoho Renge Kyo - which means "I honor the Universal Mystical Law of Cause and Effect".
